Tori is a classically trained pastry chef and baker with an abundant love for everything food, making it beautiful and bringing everyone together to just ...eat!
Working in her uncle's Italian restaurant at age fifteen sent her to pursue a career in food with her passion of artistry right by her side. Studying and graduating with an AS in art and a BS in baking and pastry arts led her from Rhode Island's Johnson and Wales University to New York City in 2010.
Tori has worked in many corners of her trade including Michelan Star restaurants, world-renowned catering companies, and managing cafes and bakeries that specialize in custom and seasonal confections.
Her love of food and the way it makes people gather together stems from her family and upbringing and translates itself now into her own creations.. Offering simple, but delicious and perfectly executed desserts fit for any occasion Custom cakes, dessert buffets and even dog treats!
